Finance asked 17 CEOs about their daily routine and it turned out that they all get up early. 6am was the latest any of them got out of bed and 80% of them stated that they wake up at 5:30am or even earlier. An early morning allows for some exercise before going to work, you can have breakfast without being in a rush and maybe even get to spend some more time with the family.
  • Regular exercise is incredibly popular among successful people. According to Business Insider, Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ CEO Frits van Paaschen runs 10 miles every day. Panera Bread CEO Ron Shaich works out two to three times a week to keep mentally and physically fit, and even former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice gets up at 4:30am every morning to do 40 minutes of cardio exercise.
