Workout where you normally go clubbing!!
Pump It Up is the dance aerobics class from Ministry of Sound and now runs every Wednesday night in the legendary clubs mainroom!
The class is a 60 minute hi-energy dance aerobic workout with an explosive club soundtrack of all the latest tracks from Ministry of Sound that gets pumped through the infamous sound system (the best in the UK)! There's also a great toning section for bums, tums and thighs!
The class starts at 6.30pm (doors open 6pm) and is £7 or £5 for students - including a FREE bottle of water.
There are weekly prizes of DVDs, CDs and club tickets if you sign up to the mailing list/give feedback and also a loyalty card scheme where you collect stamps which you can then exchange for merchandise including towels, water bottles and gym bags!
Exercise mats are provided.
