Please complete the following form to submit your details to the Society Pages .

There are no mandatory fields on the form, so don't worry if you don't have any photos to upload, and if you only have 2 committee members and not 4 - just fill in as much as you can. After submission, we will validate your form and then publish it to it's own folder and will email you with the 'quick link' (usually - LondonStudent.co.uk/societyname).

If uploading pictures, please format your images to 270px X 180px (w x h) and .gif format. Otherwise this will be done automatically and so we can't guarantee the results.

Please be patient. We will try to publish the page as soon as possible and without editing your information. Sometimes however, it is necessary to trim descriptions so that the page fits with our current template (See here for an example).

Also don't forget that all fields are optional and so you can choose what information to leave.

But to ensure the image is displayed how you want it to appear, it's best that you try to format it to 270 x 180 pixels, 72dpi, .gif. Image caption - This is the line of text that will appear under your photo on your society page. * Image rollover quote - This is the text that will appear when the mouse is hovered over the image. NOTE: If you would like more photos to appear on your society page, please email additional images, with the same formatting to societypages@londonstudent.co.uk (with image quotes and captions for each) .

You are also giving us use to any attached photo's / logos for which you must be the copyright holder or have their full permission to use the images here. We aim to have your Society Page listing published within 24 hours however sometimes this may take longer. We also cannot guarantee that the 'quick link' that you suggested will be available. We will contact you at the email you provided as soon as the site is published.
